
Hi. I still need a buddy. I posted a few days ago but no one responded. I am 31 years old and trying to get in shape/eat healthier/and lose weight. I am planning on watching my calorie intake, making healthier food choices, and exercising. I would like some buddies to chat with on this site about losing weight. Does anyone want to buddy up? How do you get the weight loss ticker at the bottom that shows how much you need to lose?
1/13/06 - 161 lbs.
1/18/06 - 157.8 lbs.
Goal: 140 lbs.
