Default Still need a buddy

Hi. I still need a buddy. I posted a few days ago but no one responded. I am 31 years old and trying to get in shape/eat healthier/and lose weight. I am planning on watching my calorie intake, making healthier food choices, and exercising. I would like some buddies to chat with on this site about losing weight. Does anyone want to buddy up? How do you get the weight loss ticker at the bottom that shows how much you need to lose?

1/13/06 - 161 lbs.
1/18/06 - 157.8 lbs.

Goal: 140 lbs.

You can get ticker help up under announcements may in frequently asked questions ???
Have you looked at the Calorie Counters forum? or Nutrition or some of the Exercise Accountability threads?
Just jump in Nutcracker. Read lots, post lots, ask questions. We're all here to help.

Hello!! I'll be your buddy! I'm new here too, just joined yesterday! I'm following pretty much the same plan as you, I try for 1400 calories a day, and lots of exercise! Do you have any IM programs that you use? I'd love to chat! Good luck to you! I hope you are having a wonderful successful day!! You can do this!

To get a ticker you go to edit your profile and at the top it shows a sample ticker, it walks you thru it!

Fitday is a great site! I use it, I like to look at the calendar and see how many soccer balls I can get in a row LOL...silly I know but its like getting gold stars for working out!

Hi, I just joined this month. We could be buddies. I live in Washington state and could use some encouragement. I have weight to loose, have been gradually gaining over they years and have trouble blaiming "baby fat" anymore since my kids are 19 and 22.

I'll encourage you if you help encourage me. I am trying a fitness book now recommended by Oprah. Hope it will help.
