Hi Rosario! Welcome

I'm Amy and have been coming to this site on and off for the past two years. I lost about fifteen pounds last Feb/March but have since gained it back. I'm trying to lose around 35-40 pounds and hope to accomplish that by exercising atleast 3-4 times a week and making better food choices. I'm not going to give myself a time frame and if I feel great after losing 20 pounds then so be it. This time I plan on taking baby steps and applauding ALL successes. This could mean not having to do the blue jean dance when trying on a new pair, or passing up on fast food and going home for something healthy or just going outdoors for a walk instead of laying in front of the tv. All of those things are worth celebrating. Don't beat yourself up trying to lose the weight too fast, it may set you up for failure and a failure you are not!

You are a winner, always remember that b/c you have taken the innitiative to do something about your weight.
