I was a little skeptical starting a new diet, however I am seeing results .I have been calorie counting for 8 days now and I have lost 5lbs. Plus I have been doing aerobic exercises including jogging (until I hurt my knee 2 days ago

) but have started some other aerobic exercises until my knee is better. I am feeling really good this am and just wanted to share my good news with everyone. I want to also say that I have tried every diet out there and basically it comes down to like a lot of people have said on here...calories in vs calories out to allow the deficit for weight loss. I still have quite a ways to go but its a start and I am certainly feeling motivated.

Also, thanks to everyone at 3 fats chicks on a diet...you guys are my motivation and support I need.
