Default looking for a buddy thats in their 20's

Im looking for a friend to lose weight with. I'm 20 years old and just got married. I want to lose weight and need help and support and i want to offer the same. maybe we can come up with a plan together and can see each other through so we can reach our goal!

Looks like we both want to lose the same amount of weight (around 40 lbs). I would love to find a buddy too! I'm 23, and live in St. Louis, MO.

Right now I'm just starting off with a goal of doing some kind of activity 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week- doesn't matter if it's jogging, walking, etc. I just need to build consistency with working out.

As far as calories, I'm allowing myself a max of 1500 daily. I'm not sure if that's a good amount or not to lose, but I figure it's a good start. I'm also allowing myself one meal a week where I can eat what I want and not worry about the calories.

hey guys! it's so nice to see people with the same goals as myself...I started an account here a few months ago and started "detox" and then kind of just fell off the horse...I am currently at 166 pounds and want to lose about 40 lbs...let's all put a plan together ? and see how it goes? any suggestions?

hello, i just joined in here last night and so need a buddy, I am 27 married with 3 kids and want to lose about 20lbs. I definetly need a buddy on here. I start out with loads of motivation and do good for bout a month and then I slowly start to slack off and here I am again putting back on the lbs that I dropped the month before. I have even done weight watchers and given up.Hope to hear from ya soon. My aim name is itsjstmeagain3..i m me sometime and we can be buddies. Misty

well guys its great to hear there are so many in my situation i say we all make a plan and stick to it together. Crystal and i are meeting in the main chat room tonight lets get together and make a plan! I think if we come up with two weeks of a healthy menu and an exercise plan and then meet here the same time every night to talk about it we will be well on our way! Im really excited about this and im glad to have friends to help me through. Im in illinois so the time right now is 6:00 lets figure out what time to meet and come up with something.

Hey everyone! I'm also 20 years old. I have more than 40 or so pounds to lose, and I'm coming from a very low physical fitness level. Currently, I'm around 195 pounds, and 5'9" on a good day. Would love some type of support or team type system... Buddy... I'm located in Washinton, D.C.... Let me know! No real work out plan, or diet... Just trying to committ myself to SOME physical activity daily

Hi I'm 25 will b 26 in couple of days..I had a baby about 6 months ago. My goal is to weigh at least 35 pounds. I'm 5'6". I could really use lots of support. I've been dieting for the last 3 days. So far so good! I'm also working out at the gym. Mainly running, yoga class and Kick boxing. I had been doing this for 3wks b-4 thanksgiving, lost 6 lbs, then arrived Christmas and I gained 10 lbs. I need to get motivated again.

Hi Megan. I guess we both need help losing those extra pounds. I plan on weighing myself every Monday. As you can c in my pic, I developed a double chin. I want to feel my age. I want to look good. Currently I'm wearing size 14 jeans. Sucks! Hopefully I can get into some size 9's by summer. Hope to hear from you.
