Default Reaction Cycling. Has Anyone Tried It?

I am thinking about trying the cycling classes at Bally's. Has anyone tried these cycling classes? I am worried that it may be hard on the knees.
I hear you get a great workout and want to try, but I dont want to make a fool of myself if I cannot keep up.

I love it, I work out at Bally's as well. I didn't find it hard on my knees and I have a knee that likes to swell. I say give it a try. I also suggest getting a gel seat for *comfort* during the class. Bring water and a towel. This is all advice that was given to me on here from other posters, and they were right ...If you wanna check it out my post was called spinning from last month.

:spinning:

Have fun!
