I am going to try to count my calories. Maybe 1200-1500 a day. I don't know if that is too small. I am trying to increase my water and ditch the soda. Even though it is diet. Also, I need to get myslf moving more everyday. I have started by parking my car way out in the parking lot at my job and stores I go to. Also I take the stairs up to my office, it's on the 2nd floor, but there's like 50 steps all together. I do those about 3 times a day. I have to try to do some more exercising at home and get rid of the excuses. Just need someone to tell me to get off my lazy but and get moving!
