Default I am coming back

Hi- Kimberlee from Baltimore. I have 10 mo.old twins and work 20-25 hrs/wk.
I STILL have 30 lbs. to lose, but amazingly have not gained any in the past 4-5 months. I pretty much stopped exercising altogether, as it is cold and it is hard to leave the house w/o the babies. That, however is really an excuse because there is a perfectly good treadmill just sitting in the living room . So, I use the other excuse which is I an too tired after work. I guess I also thught that if I go back to work I won't be sitting in the house eating all day, but I just come home and do it.
Sooooo, something has got to change. And I was doing well when I was here so I have come back. I can only post when I find the time, which I think I can commit to making this a priority over ONLINE SOLITARE! I just need some accountability and some motivation, so here I am. Thanks for letting me back.

Welcome back Kimberlee!

Mom of 10 month old twins, wow, and I thought I was justified in being tired with 1 almost 1 year old.

I live in Richmond, so just a skip down 95 from you. It has been fairly cold here but I have just bundled up my son and taken him for walks. I find an afternoon walk does wonders for his disposition and mine. I also inhertited a NordicTrack and have jumped on it everyother day.

I have around 40 pounds to lose now. I have lost 10 since the begining of November. I have found posting everyday helps keep me on track.

Godd Luck,
Amanda

Hi Amanda,

TY for the welcome- it sounds as if we have a lot in common, and close to boot- pretty great. And believe me, you ARE justified w/ being tired
Well, maybe I will join you all in your 30 something group since it seems to fit. Today didn't go so well- cookies, chocolate, cheese, and almonds. It's x-mas and companies just love to thank you w/ goodies. Well, maybe tomorrow will be better. I am finally getting to sleep.

Welcome back. Wow, 10 month old twins, sure must keep you busy. Good luck with your weight loss.

I used to live in Annapolis. Now I'm in VA. Take care.
