I just want to start off by saying that after reading through these forums... i found each and every one of you guys inspirational. You all have taken the first step to losing weight that up until now.. i had yet to take. So, thank you all for giving me the strength to start my new lifestyle change.
I'm kind of scared to start because I'm so afraid that I will fail. My weakness is food... I just don't know how to not eat more than i should. I'm hoping that the people on this forum will help give me the strength to stick to a diet plan this time.
