New here...

  • I just want to start off by saying that after reading through these forums... i found each and every one of you guys inspirational. You all have taken the first step to losing weight that up until now.. i had yet to take. So, thank you all for giving me the strength to start my new lifestyle change.

    I'm kind of scared to start because I'm so afraid that I will fail. My weakness is food... I just don't know how to not eat more than i should. I'm hoping that the people on this forum will help give me the strength to stick to a diet plan this time.

    I have been a member on this site for quite awhile. Once in awhile i fall off track a give up for a couple months...but you just have to remember if you fail you can keep trying. Just becuase you fail doesn't mean you can't try again.
    I think for me, i need more motivation. Someone to push me. If you need a buddy to help you, maybe we could motivate eachother?

    Welcome to the club! It's so hard to keep on a diet all the time. It's ok, if you slip up once and awhile, just get back on track.
