Congrats on starting such a healthy plan in the midst of such a busy life.

If you can do this now, you can do it anytime! I think it's great that you aren't setting a specific goal in terms of weight.
We have monthly weight and exercise goals, though you are welcome to join in with less specific goals in mind (such as, I will fit into my purple dance top or I will drink more water this month). You are welcome to post your daily meal plans either during your post in the daily or in your journal (to get a journal, just click on "Journals" grey tab above and follow the instructions).
