I prefer Firefox over Explorer for many reasons for my web surfing, but since the upgrade to this site yesterday, I can't get any of the control buttons around my text area to work (change text color, insert smilies, bold, italicize, bullets, etc.). Does anyone else use Firefox and have this same problem, or is it just me? Everything works fine when I am in *shudder* MS Explorer.
I have used Firefox with no problems. I use a Mac most of the time and right now I'm using Safari. I'm very happy with it because I don't get ANY popups whatsoever!
Suzanne posted this about caching - I don't know if it's related.

The solution: Do a hard refresh of your browser by holding down the control button while pressing the F5 key. That should take care of it!
My firefox is performing as normal, not had to do anything special to get it ticking over. I can't be doing with explorer, it's a pain. It took me a while to convert to firefox, but not I could never go back to IE
Oh tell me, the tecchies at work turn a funny shade of purple when you tell them you want to install firefox instead of explorer. You think they would be happy, but nope, little Bill Gates babies they are!

On a side note, two years ago, 93% of our users used Internet Explorer. As of today, only 55% use IE. Almost all of the rest use Firefox
certain message boards it doesn't work right, and you have to go to the fire fox website and install the BBC code fix. Then you can highlight text and right click for your options. I still would rather do that then give up firefox. lol
You know Microsoft is working on an upgrade for IE to make it tabbed browsing like firefox? I guess they decided they needed to upgrade or lose the monopoly they have going.
