hi. i'm kalen. i'm 20 (21 in a week & a half), from kentucky. i'm a full-time college junior. my stats are in my signature.
i'm kind of nervous about this whole thing because i want to do this
right and
healthy and i want to make actual lifestyle changes... but being a creature of habit (AND CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!) this might be hard
i like walking, i'm active on my school's dance team (we practice twice a week), and i love pilates & yoga (aka: i like low-impact exercises).
i realize some of you may think that i'm already at a low weight, but 120 is the higher side of my ideal weight for my height. also, my cholesterol is very high, especially for my age. and on top of that, diabetes runs in my family.
