Default slip, sliding

Geez,
I'm doing it again...a slip has turned into a SLIDE!!!! I can't believe everything that I put in my mouth yesterday and then last night before bed had a big mac! Geez! they are like one million calories!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I'm putting on the breaks today (I'm with you Kellijo) and refocusing. I know the first thing that I need to do is go back to writing everything down. Looking back that went by the wayside a couple weeks ago, which made it easier to let points/food "slip" by. <Hand on heart> I resolve to haul my bloated body back up on the wagon. Keep me accountable girls!

Just like one of the 12 step programs.... one minute at a time. I am learning not to beat my self up over a slip, so far I haven't slid into a slide but I know it could (will) happen. So smile pull your self up by your boot straps and do it right!!

Im there....but not climbing back up yet....I just cant get the gumption. I think I am having psychotic episodes (which have to do with my eating and period...but I am not even going to resolve to change.) I am almost to rock bottom and did not get up to walk today again. Oh well. Life goes on. I will keep checking in and maybe just maybe will be able to resolve to do this thing next week. Going to the air show and know I will not be doing very well. I love you guys and know you will be rooting BUT I am just sick of myself right now.
