Geez,
I'm doing it again...a slip has turned into a SLIDE!!!! I can't believe everything that I put in my mouth yesterday and then last night before bed had a big mac! Geez! they are like one million calories!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I'm putting on the breaks today (I'm with you Kellijo) and refocusing. I know the first thing that I need to do is go back to writing everything down. Looking back that went by the wayside a couple weeks ago, which made it easier to let points/food "slip" by. <Hand on heart> I resolve to haul my bloated body back up on the wagon. Keep me accountable girls!
