Hi Cat! I too am a stay-at-home mom. I have a son who is 14 months old. I need to lose 80 pounds overall and have lost 20 so far. I have 4 mini-goals of 20 pounds each. I was doing well until last week when I gained 2 pounds.
What sort of eating plan, if any, are you doing? I'm not doing any specific plan. I have cut out sweets (refined sugars) almost entirely, with the occasional small indulgence. I've also cut way down on all meats, have added whole grains, brown rice, tons of veggies, and fruit. My eating habits were so horrible before I changed, that there really was nowhere to go but up (well, nowhere to go but down since we're talking about weight!).
Are you exercising? With little ones, I know it can be hard, especially since you have two. Luckily for me, so far, my little guy still takes two naps a day. So I do lifting in the morning and cardio (usually a treadmill) in the afternoon. Then in the evenings I take him for a walk in his stroller.
