I just want to confirm, the recipe from the SBD book says mini chocolate chips. Is that the same as choc morsels? I bought a package of Nestle semi-sweet choc morsels. I wanted to find out if those are OK. Thanks.
They should be the 'mini' kind that are very small, smaller than a pencil eraser. If you use the regular 'morsels' they will be too big and way too much chocolate. These are teeny-tiny. The kind I've found always say 'mini' in big letters on the front.
Ok, thanks. I knew it was too good to be true when i found the morsels. Good thing i didn't eat them (they look so tempting sitting in my pantry). I will look for mini.
