I'm a new member and am looking for some motivation. I'm a mother of 4 and never seem to find time for myself. If I can't keep myself on a work out schedule I end up discourage and before I know it eating everything I can get my hands on. I need a buddy!!!
I am a mother of 2 and need motivation myself! What do ya say we do this together! I live in NC and so we can do this email or IM! I like you am tempted to eat anything I put my hands on! SO what do ya say!? Wanna do this together? We can tell eachother on a daily basis what we eat and exercise! I think we can do this together in no time!!
