I'm really new here. I just relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina I'm 22 and a student...I like it here a lot better than Hinesville, Georgia. Well anyway I actually am not comfortable with saying what weight I am but ultimately I plan on losing at least 30-50 and just being more fit in general I want to be able and play interactive sports like i used to. I do keep track of what I eat and my exercise program weekly as well as my weight and sizes. I don't have a STRUCTURED diet as to what is bad and what is good and what should I completely eliminate and substitute. I just know I have cut my portions down immensely and add a salad and or vegetables to my courses and I've been losing 4lbs a week ever since. I was hoping to gain a buddy, some insight, and/or some encouragement from people on this board. Thx in advance!
Hey! Im Heather, i just joined the forum today! Im lookin for some weightloss buddies too. Im lookin to loose about 40 lbs. I dont really have much of a diet right now either, i just try to eat healthy! I find i do worse if i put myself on an actual diet. Tryin to exercise whenever I can too, but latley i need to get some motivation to get off my butt and get out there! hehe
