I need help with a menu... for dinner. I eat what everyone else is.. just smaller, everything is measured and weighed..
but I have a hard time with breakfast and lunch.. What ever I make for me, I usely ended up sharing with my 2 year old lmao....
here is what I had yesturday..
breakfast....
1/2 cup of 2% milk .. 60 calories
1 piece of whole wheat toast .. 120 calories
1/2 cup of honeydew .. 60 calories
lunch....
5 cheese lasgina... 230 calories
2 cups of carrots... 50 calories
orange... 60 calories
6 crackers.... 80 calories
Dinner..
4oz of turkey.. 178 calories
1 cup of sutff .. 220 calories
1/4 cup of gravy.. 30 calories
dessert
2 cups of frozen yogurt... 220 calories
thats only 1308 calories.. not very good for a nursing mama..
help please
