can you guys help?
I need help with a menu... for dinner. I eat what everyone else is.. just smaller, everything is measured and weighed..
but I have a hard time with breakfast and lunch.. What ever I make for me, I usely ended up sharing with my 2 year old lmao.... here is what I had yesturday.. breakfast.... 1/2 cup of 2% milk .. 60 calories 1 piece of whole wheat toast .. 120 calories 1/2 cup of honeydew .. 60 calories lunch.... 5 cheese lasgina... 230 calories 2 cups of carrots... 50 calories orange... 60 calories 6 crackers.... 80 calories Dinner.. 4oz of turkey.. 178 calories 1 cup of sutff .. 220 calories 1/4 cup of gravy.. 30 calories dessert 2 cups of frozen yogurt... 220 calories thats only 1308 calories.. not very good for a nursing mama.. help please :dizzy: |

I'm wondering about protein and vegetables. If you put peanutbutter on the toast ..... somewhere in there have a snack of say, fat free cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes and a salad with your turkey dinner ... I'd have had more turkey .... I usually say not to worry about one day being under because surely another day you'll be over. But if I'm remembering correctly this is about 500 calories lower than you had planned. So do try today to get closer. Congratulations on getting nice servings of fruit in there. Good for you and delicious. |

I'm doing alot better.. I usely get between 1700 and 1800 calories a day.
