I've finally found my fat pictures. Here's a perfect example of why I was the way I was...oh, if you are having any type of sweet cravings don't look at the fat picture. It really wasn't that good, it was falling apart and it was nasty. If it's too tempting I have another one that isn't as good but without the temptation.
And I have to say it's harder then it looks to attach these pictures. But, hey I think I've gotten the hang of it now.

Way to go! Congrats on the weight loss. Looking at the before pictures is always a nice boost to the ego. Can also be helpful when you are having monster cravings or fall off the healthy eating wagon. I look at my before pictures at least 1 time a month for a nice pick me up and a visual reminder of where I was and where I am now. And the reinforcement that I DO NOT want to go back.
