I have a few questions. How come we can't eat as many veggies as we want? I am on the gold plan and would love to eat x-tra cherry tomatoes and more lettuce. Is there any problem with this? Also, is there any way to have more dairy? 1 cup just doesn't seem like much. Thanks!!!
That's a good point. I'm totally use to the WW thing, but haven't had much success. I'm trying to lose 30 pds. and still struggling. It's really hard being overseas and not having anyone to be accountable to.
I'm in Okinawa for another month and then I'll be in California. I'm debating whether I want to continue trying to do this on my own or pay at an LAWL center. Any suggestions? TX!
Thanks. I will definitely try, but I'm starting to think that it may be helpful to pay the big bucks because then I won't be able to quit without losing money! Right now if I have trouble I just think about trying another plan. Although I know if I stick with this one it will work. Hopefully it will be easier in California. Thanks for your two cents!
