Doing LAWL on your own...

  • Hi Everyone,
    I am new to the forum & am looking for support. I joined LAWL last year and was doing very well, but quit because I couldn't stand dealing with the counselors at my center any longer (a looong story)....

    Anyway, I want to do it at-home, on my own. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the materials I purchased. So, I'm hoping you can help me -- I'm going to use Knudsens Morning Blend for my take-off phase, but I can't remember what else the take-off phase includes.

    Also, I'm starting on Red Plan - which I remember as being 2.5 proteins, 3 carbs, 3 fruits, 4 veggies, & 1 dairy. Is this correct? I don't have the food lists any longer... does anyone have one that they would be willing to scan & email to me?

  • If you want the entire program join yahoo groups and join the LA Weightloos group. You can find the entire PDF under files. This explains the take-off juice and all the rest of the plans. If you have trouble getting it send me your e-mail and I'll e-mail it to you. Good luck!!
