  • And how's the water coming girls? I'm misbehaving today, but I'm off to the water cooler right now to change that.

    And I have 30 pistacios calling my name...
  • I am about to have eggs for break and some iced yerba matte tea
  • V8 & cheese here!!
  • 4 bean salad & V8 on my side of the beach today.
  • Just had some almonds and downed the end of 32 ounces of water.
  • V8 and LF mozarella stick...plus WATER!
  • Just 9am here, I'm eating a zucchini, tomato, low fat cheese, and egg scramble right now. Yummy!

    Morning snack is usually a string cheese for me!

    MUST DRINK WATER...
  • I usually have my AM Snack around 10:30/11 am its generally nuts b/c I can make them last Cheese is in the afternoon

    Had f/f cream cheese on a celery stalk for this mornings snack Drank 48 oz of water so far. Aiming for 80 oz. 1/2 my body weight and than some. Hugs BB
  • 10:45 here and I just had 2 deviled eggs. I have only had 23 oz of water so far today. But man those eggs hit the spot and I already need to pee! Bathroom here I come.......

    Just had 2 LF mozarella sticks. I hope that isn't to many.

  • Kye, it's an old WW receipe that I tried to make SB friendly for Phase 2

    1/2 Cup Smuckers Natural peanut butter
    2/3 Cup Bran flakes, crushed
    2 T Splenda ( originally 3T honey, you have to play with it for your sweetness level)
    1/3 Cup nonfat dry milk
    3 Tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
    Mix the ingredients together and roll into 6 or 7 sticks.. Wrap each in wax paper and refridgerate or store in an air tight container. There a bit messy to make but I like them
