You're absolutely Right.. I misread the list....The list has Fat Free plain Yogurt with no sugar content qualifier... but 15 g of sugar sure sounds high to me ... sorry, I think we need to seek one of the SB Guru's insights...Unfortunately my SB book and guide are packed away....
That's alright Schatzi. The reason I was questioning it was because the sugar seemed high to me to. That's why I was questioning it. And it was delicious with splenda and cinnamon.
Milk is a sugar - lactose. It is a good sugar because of the way the body uses it. Enjoy! By the way, check the ingredients too, not just the nutritional analysis.
