  • Monday~1.5 mile walk fat burn video, waist sculpting bellydance video
  • Monday:
    2-mile walk/jog
    1 mile on the arc trainer
  • Monday:
    30 minutes bike
  • Monday:
    30 min elliptical
    30 min upper body weights
    20 min abs workout
    run 1.7 miles, walk 2 miles after work
  • 15 min Ab class
    45 min Kickboxing class
  • Tuesday
    30 min lower body weights
    30 min upright bike @ gym
  • Monday, 65 min ellyptical, 15 min arms, stretches
    Tuesday, 60 min treadmill, 4.5 miles, stretches. I'm trying to do the couch to 5 k thing so I'm alternating jogging and walking on the dreadmill.

  • Monday:
    Walked/jogged 3 miles with hills

    Tuesday:
    3.5 walk/jog - on trails -it was HOT HOT HOT!!!
  • Monday addition - walked home, 1.5 miles

    Tuesday:
    1-hour circuit training class
    walked home from gym, 1 mile
  • Tuesday-4 mile WATP tape-one hour
    30 minutes bike
  • Tuesday:
    45 min. elliptical
    15 min. arc trainer
  • monday - nada (day off)
    tuesday - ran 4 miles kino - legs
  • Am I right to join in with this?

    Monday - no exercise
    Tuesday - half an hour of cardio (20 on treadmill and 10 on elliptical) and half an hour of weights)
    Wedneday - half an hour of pitching (softball) and an hour at the gym
