Any FIRMies out there? I have all three systems. I was doing great for a while but I fell off. Trying to pick myself up. I have a bunch of FIRM info, rotation calendars, etc. if anyone is interested. Send me a PM!
I have tons of the DVD's and all 4 systems. I make my own rotation calendars and alternate cardio with weight training. If I have a physical workout schedule in front of me, it keeps me motivated to do it. It's like looking at a work schedule and knowing I HAVE to work that day.
My schedule is tough, but it's not dangerous. It's like their boot camp plan...6 days on, one day off. I've been doing great since mid May. Toning up all over!!!
i have the 2nd system, i believe with the two different steps (fanny lifter) and bar. I've done a few workouts, but guess im so out of shape that its been a little rough to do. I know if I could get into a routine, I'd see results and have fun doing it. How often do ya'll do your workouts and how long did it take you to work up to it?
I do mine 6 times a week, but have at least 20 of their DVD's to rotate through. When I started out, I just took it easy. I did the beginner variations of everything and gradually became stronger and worked up to doing everything the way the instructor was doing it. It took me a few weeks to really be able to complete a whole DVD though. Just work at your own pace...you'll get it!
i was thinking it was pretty pathetic that I couldn't finish a whole workout....glad to hear others started out the same way. I just have the videos that came with it. are there any others that you reccomend for a beginner?
hi ladies, can anyone tell me their general rotation calendar for the firm? i just ordered the Transfirmer system and was wondering how many times a week i should do it. thanks!
Hi everyone, I just got my Transfirmer system and started Wednesday. I also have the Aerobic and Weight Training with Emily Welsh (sp?). Boy, was that a workout. One thing that's a little tricky is following the steps. I wish they would have a slow motion demo initially so that I could figure out the basic aerobic dance-like moves. Maybe I'm just a clutz! What is the bootcamp with 6 days in a row? Can you interchange the DVDs for that? I thought one of the key components of the program was to take days off. How does bootcamp work? Thanks for helping a newbie.

Hey Everyone! I have a question about results with the firm. I just started doing the new Transfirmer series (using their rotation calendar) and I wanted to know, if i stay consistant with it and make healthy food choices how long do you think it will take me to actually start losing inches/dress sizes? I do understand that any fat loss may not show on the scale immediately as muscle weighs more than fat, but I absolutely expect my clothes to fit differently(better or looser) within the next 30 days!! And, is it too much to expect to drop 5 sizes in the next 6 months? Is this unrealistic or a reasonable goal provided I stay consistant with the workouts and my food choices? I need some hope here, but please, by all means I want everyone's honest opinion.
Thanks guys

Can you tell me how you like the Transfirmer? I have the first 3 systems and LOVE the Firm! This system really works. I found that out when I stopped for a couple of months! The pounds came back on and the toning, especially in my behind, went to pot.
I'm really thinking of getting it, but would like to hear some reviews. TIA!
I've only done one of the workouts so far which I enjoy, this is my first week. I've watched all of them though and I really like them. They are definitely challenging for a beginner/intermediate exerciser like myself. I also have the BSS3 with the sculpting stick which I enjoy as well, I sweat like nobody's business with BSS3. Hey, how long did it take you to actually start dropping inches/sizes? And when did the numbers start going down on the scale?

I did the Firm last summer and I got into great shape. However I ended up hurting my knee from exercising too much, quit Firming, gained all my weight back. So I want to join you guys, but I'm trying to build up strength in my knees first by doing some walking and more low-impact exercises. I'm ready to brush the dust off of my weight set though.
Cheesequeen, I have a history of knee problems as well. What I do is modify the workouts. I never ever climb the step at the 14 inch or 8 inch level. I'll do that once I drop some significant weigh and the pressure on my knees is less. I Also like to do other exercise that doesn't require a step at all. So far so good as far as my knees go, I pay very close attention to them when I'm working out- it's made all the difference! =)
