yesterday I started atkins...I won't count my breakfast because I started at lunch (had to go grocery shoppin in the morning) here is what I ate, tell me what you think!
Lunch:
small salad (almost 1 cup?) with spinach, romaine, and mozerella (no dressing)
small piece of grilled fish covered in garlic butter
7 cheese cubes
Dinner: 3 egg omelette with grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, onion, and cheddar cheese
snack: cheese cubes (my jello wasnt ready yet! heh)
total net carbs: 13NC
(i had more, i had a muffin for breakfast which in itself had 15nc!

but didnt start atkins till lunch so I'm not counting it!)
