Hi, I'm new to this website. I have been working out for about 9 months now with about a 10-pound weight loss. Exercising is not my problem - eating is!

I have just decided to start South Beach this week so any tips would be much appreciated. I don't usually workout at a gym; I mainly do home exercise workouts (Cathe, Christi, Beach Body Products, etc.) mixing step, kickboxing, hi/lo, weight training, yoga, pilates, walking, etc.
I am 32 years old, 5'4" and 142 pounds. I have three kids, Ryan 11, Krista 8, and Amanda 15 months. I pretty much lost the baby weight but have not lost weight that I have added since

so I know I can't blame the kiddies! I would like to get down to 120-125 but my ultimate goal would be 117 (hence my ticker), which was what I weighed before I had Ryan. Don't know how successful I will be, but I'm determined to try. I guess I should also mention DH John
