Default Just Joined yesterday!

Hello! i just joined yesterday! im super excited about this website, ive been lookin for somthing like this for quite a while and i stumbled upon it yesterday through a weight tracker! anyways, im a second year college student, presently studying Advertising photography, but im transferin to a new school next year, and changin to psychology! (super excited bout that! ) im 5'4 and am 140, im lookin to be around 110-115, ive tired lots of work out programs and diets before, but im tryin to be very dedicated and i think having a place to post will keep me accountable, i started the bikini countdown to june 1 yesterday from shape magazine, and today my legs and abs kill! its a great work out and doesnt take too long, (besides the hour of cardio that i am also incorporating!) But i just wanted to say hi! and that i look forward to postin lots!!!!

hey! i just found this site yesterday too. Just thought I would say hey. I am a third year in college for health admin. I see your in Maine, im in florida so no where close but just wanted to welcome ya! see ya around here

Default I joined yesterday too!

I'm kinda in the same boat. I am 22 y/o, 5'4", and weight 145lb. I would like to get to 125lb. I'm currently trying to eat healthier by following the FDA food guide pyramid. I figure if they taught us that in elementary school, there was probably a reason. I've learned a lot about my eating habits that way too. Like I love bread and don't eat enough fruit and veggies. I didn't know that! I always like fruit and veggies, but i'm not eating them! I've also been working out every night. I just started, so I haven't lost anything yet. But I am still excited. I actually had self control yesterday. The place I work always has free snacky foods around, and I managed to say no to lasagna, cheesecake, honey buns, casaer salad, and garlic bread (all in one day)! That's all my favorite foods! It's so tempting when they're free. Hopefully I'll have the strength to say no next week.
