Hey there everyone!
I started LA Weight Loss. I have been on it two days even though I was suppose to start it almost a week ago.

Anyway, the bars are going to be too expensive. I did the ebay thing and that should last be awhile. I am tempted to do the Luna bars also BUT I wanted to know if you all knew anything about SoNutty bars (15g Protein) and the Slim Fast Optima Bars (8g Protein) Should I be looking at the Carb or Sugar content of the bars? I am not buying any bars tomorrow when I go in...I am going to buy some Luna bars until my shipment comes in!
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
