Substitution
Hey there everyone!
I started LA Weight Loss. I have been on it two days even though I was suppose to start it almost a week ago. :eek: Anyway, the bars are going to be too expensive. I did the ebay thing and that should last be awhile. I am tempted to do the Luna bars also BUT I wanted to know if you all knew anything about SoNutty bars (15g Protein) and the Slim Fast Optima Bars (8g Protein) Should I be looking at the Carb or Sugar content of the bars? I am not buying any bars tomorrow when I go in...I am going to buy some Luna bars until my shipment comes in! Any suggestions will be appreciated! :^: |

First of all, most of us have substituted Luna's for Lite's since the calorie counts are about the same -160-180 with similar amounts of protein. It's just easier for me to not worry about any extra calories in the other bars. For comparison Caramel Bars Cals 160 Fat 4g (sat fat 2g) Sodium 150mg Potassium 140mg Total Carb 23g Fiber 1g Sugars 16g Protein 8g Honey Nougat Bars Cals 180 Fat 4g (sat fat 3g) Cholesterol 5mg Sodium 65 mg Potassium 70mg Total Carb 29g Dietary fiber < 1g Sugars 21 g Protein 8 g Hope this helps!
