It is usually a good idea to lay off food a bit after a binge that freaks out your stomach. But in the future once you feel better, why not calculate the calories in a small amount of the candy you love and work it into your meal plan? Just my opinion, but a life without some fun foods is very depressing!
Careful - that sounds pretty familar. The "oh I ate so much, I'll be really restrictive to make up for it" syndrome.
Don't do that. Being overly restrictive could set you up to eat offplan. Then you cycle, restrict/binge/restrict/binge.
Plan a healthy, normal day for tomorrow - don't cut super back to "make up for what you ate" or even to punish yourself. Be good and loving to your body.
