Hey all-
I am looking to start the sbd but i llive in the dorms and have a 14 day meal plan. In my dorm i have a microwive, refrigerator, toaster oven , george foreman grill, handblender, crockpot, and single burner.
I don't want to cook but one meal a day because i have my meal plan. At our cafeteria they have things like boiled eggs and an omellete bar so i think breakfast should be okay.. As for lunch, Im thinking the only thinig i could do is the salad bar but i dont know about those dressings...
Dinner is the real problem. I want something quick and easy thati can make once and eat for the rest of the week.. i dont really get bored that fast so if it's tasty then i'll be fine. Any suggestions or ideas? Also, i dont want to cook too much in there bc i don't wnat our room to smell like food
oh finally, i was wondering how much weight i can expect to lose in the 2 weeks at phase 1 . i weigh 131 lb at 5'4 and want to get down to 115 .. i literally got the freshman 15 !

i will be exercising too.
