You already recognized your triggers, time to lock the bathroom door and visualize the binge. Think about putting the food in your mouth, how it loses flavor after the 2nd or 3rd bite, how stretched and full your belly feels afterward, how the lethargy comes over and you cannot think, how incredibly awful it feels. Then think about how good it feels to be living in the moment with your children to not be full of food. If you have faith God will take a simple prayer of "Help". Set your boundaries. Lately it helps for me just to say, "You all are overstimulating me, I need quiet" and go in my room and take it.
You are valuable and beautiful, you deserve as much loving care as your family.
