Default SPeed

Hi, I just started taking this weight training class at my highschool
there are a limited amount of excerise machines and in my city there
are no gyms that allow people under 18. Being that I have those "man
boobs" I always on the bench press. Ive started to notice that my
muscles in my arms are getting bigger and my chest is getting smaller.
Exactly wat I want. But my question is how would I continue to loss
the fat and build the muscle without becoming extremely slow. Even
with the fat on my arms I was above average with the speed. But
now IM starting to get slower. So is there a way I can get both
advantages or do I have to choose one. IM only 16 so I dont want
like huge arms. I just want to turn that flab into muscle. But not enough
that I look strange with a gut with huge arms. Thanks if you want you
can im up to 11 oclock on the screename OG DIP. Thanks

PS and by speed I mean, I mean my I want my jab to be stronger and faster.

right what you need to do is find your 1 rep max for each excersise. and then work to 70% of it in training so if you can bench 100lb for 1 rep use 70lb to train with and try and move the bar as fast as possible this is power training (power = strength x speed)
there some good web pages about power training also consider something like clap push ups where you bounce of your arms search for Plyometric workouts on the web. weights will make you big and slow if you do heavy and low reps

do you box? if so run through your hand drills using the bags flicking your hands out you have to keep your speed work otherwise you will get slower. as for the gym problem i forgot to say before tried a YMCA? they do under 18's sessions and have normally got a full range of kit.
