Default Weekly Weigh-in 9/19-9/25

I'm down 6 from last week to 178.5, which is a huge relief! Being back in back in the 170s feels good and I can't wait for my weigh-in on Wednesday.

That is okay! You are not the only one who stayed the same this week. Only I weigh in on saturdays so hopefully over the couple of days I will go down
We will get there. The weeks when I dont lose are always hard for me but I try to think....hey atleast I didnt gain!

I'm getting back 2 weigh ins on thurs. It makes me accountable to post my weigh in.

so here we are...169 gained 4 lbs! I haven't worked out in over a week, I will walk tonight!

Well, it has been a months since I started my new lifestyle and I have lost 11.5 pounds!!!!!! I am soooo happy! This puts me at 184 lbs and 10 lbs away from my 10%goal! All of my efforts are paying off and I am so happy!

Well I stayed the same this week and that is okay because I thought there would be a gain and I have been exercising. Now that I have a scale that is not digital I feel better about when I get on the scale. I feel like I am going to get accurate results and not have to get on the scale 10 times and average it out.

I decided to do my weigh-ins on Sat. because it helps keep me "good" Friday nights.
I am down 3 overall, and pretty happy about it since I had all of those bday digressions!
Congrats on everyone else's accomplishments!
