We will get there. The weeks when I dont lose are always hard for me but I try to think....hey atleast I didnt gain!
Well, it has been a months since I started my new lifestyle and I have lost 11.5 pounds!!!!!! I am soooo happy! This puts me at 184 lbs and 10 lbs away from my 10%goal! All of my efforts are paying off and I am so happy!
Well I stayed the same this week and that is okay because I thought there would be a gain and I have been exercising. Now that I have a scale that is not digital I feel better about when I get on the scale. I feel like I am going to get accurate results and not have to get on the scale 10 times and average it out.
I decided to do my weigh-ins on Sat. because it helps keep me "good" Friday nights.
I am down 3 overall, and pretty happy about it since I had all of those bday digressions!
