Hi, everybody! I am 39 years old, mother of 3 boys, stay-at-home mom (for now!). I have battled my weight all of my life. About ten years ago I lost about 60 pounds by walking and starving. I kept it off for a few years and then started letting it sneak back on. When I went to the doctor last week, I topped their scales at 212. I am very discouraged. I do exercise on a regular basis and I started Weight Watchers in the spring, but I was losing so slowly that I got down and stopped going. I guess I'm just bored with worrying about it. Any one have any ideas to get me going again? I was very excited to find this forum.
