Default Good Eats

I'm always looking for something tasty not to mention filling to eat this is one of my fave low cal/low fat desserts..TRIFLE

1pk Sugar Free Jello/Jelly
1 tub FF Jello Vanilla Pudding
1 Ladyfinger (optional)
30ml Light Coolwhip

Make Jello/Jelly in morning or night before..when you want your dessert just crumble a Ladyfinger over top of Jello/Jelly then spoon vanilla pudding over top and top with Coolwhip ENJOY!!

(I split the Jello/Jelly into 3 glasses because they were tall..it only made 5cals difference to total

132cals + 1.2g fat With Ladyfinger: 160cals + 1.7g fat

That sound syummy even if I don't know what all the ingredients are.

I have a friend coming for dinner tonight and I am determined not to spoil my diet so I am having a green day and making the following:

Minestrone soup (free)
Quorn Tikka Massala and Rice (free)
she is bringing Friut Salad for pudding so that is ok too.

My friend and I are going to Ikea tomorrow so I will have a neutral breakfast (poss eggs on toast) so that I can choose when I get there. Not sure whether to have pasta or one of their salads - yummy.

I have also bought the ingredients for some burgers I found in a SW recipe book - they look so easy. Might make them for Sunday.

Super!! how simple can that be? diet jelly..any fatfree vanilla pudd or get the powdered stuff and make your own with skimmed milk (I used to do that and only decided last week to try making it with the ready made stuff ) and dream topping or something like that..ta-da..simple..delicious and very very filling you can use trifle sponges..fruit..anything you fancy except Chocolate

I made this last night:

Apple Crisp (1pt or Core)
1 small Granny Smiths
1-2tsp Splenda (I used Sugar Twin and found 1tsp was enough)
2tbsp Oats
1tbsp Water.

Put water in bottom of bowl. Peel, Core and slice Apple (I did'nt peel mine but it was OK) put them in the bowl. Sprinkle with Sweetener then Oats and Nuke for 2mins or Oven Bake for 20mins at 350 degrees until Apple is Tender. (I nuked mine then put it under broiler to brown)

140cal 2.6g Fat.
( I had icecream on mine you could use coolwhip too it was good)
