Talking

Hi Oers!

Time for a new thread. We are on page two!

Juliette-I know what you mean about the pollen. It's really messing with
me too! I hate that! I didn't do my O this morning because I didn't sleep well last night. It's been very warm here lately and my apartment was an oven last night! So hopefully I'll get some O in tonight. Maybe I'll try to do my commuter today too. I'm glad you're still hanging in there. Keep up the great work!

Okay everybody else, where are you? Please check in. Even if you aren't doing O right now just check in! Keep oeing everybody! We can do this!

I Know, I know, you've all heard it before!!! but...
I'm starting over Monday!!! Don't laugh!!! I know I say that every couple of months, but my new life starts Monday and I promise MYSELF There WILL be time forOxycise!!!,

I sorta enjoyed my spell of working with a temp service, except working for a temp service feels like living in a rent house. There is so much you want to do and could do, but it's really not worth the time or energy, because you will not be around to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

With working in my husband(and therefore MINE) business I will have a lot of freedom and my creative juices can flow anyway I will be able to have a more relaxed schedule. I don't plan to go to work until about 10:00 or 11:00 so I SHOULD be able to work in my O. Also I will have freedom with the computer so I can check in and post during the day. I would'nt dream of doing that at the hospital, because the make a big deal about getting onto "Unauthorized" sites.

Well, I guess I've rambled on enough. I guess you can't tell that I'm exciting about my new life huh

Hi Everyone!

Where is everyone I should say????

Barbg-I can't tell you how many times I've started over! I'm with you 100% and I'll do the same on Monday. I'll make a contract with myself to get up and do O every morning. I bet you will work it in easier now with your new schedule. It will be easier when you aren't pressed for time. I've never worked for a temp agency but I've worked at my current job for 15 years. I move around within my job to learn new programs but I've never left the location. I think it's time for a change for me. I've learned just about every job there is to learn here so it's almost time to move on! I'm excited for you and your new business. You will love it I'm sure. Thanks for checking in and helping me keep this thread alive.

What happened to everyone else? Are you all busy? I know how that is. I've been learning a new job while doing my old job. Very hectic and confusing. I hope you all will find a little time to post to keep me and Barb company! Have a good Friday everybody.

Default Missed Two Days

Boy has life been busy! Unfortunatly I have had to miss two days of O!

Yesterday was because of a seminar that I had to be up early for and today was because I had to be at work early. I need to learn to get up earlier when that happens!!!! Perhaps, because I have learned to do my O! in the mornings, I can condition myself for an earlier rise... The hard part is that sometimes when I allow myself to stay in bed, I feel like I'm giving myself something that makes me happy (i.e. extra sleep). The hard part is that when I get up, it seems hardly worth it as I rush around like crazy trying to make up for the wasted time (which wasn't spent sleeping anyway!!!)

Will try to O! tonight. Won't be able to tomorrow cause I have to leave the house at 6:30am (great way to start the weekend) for a conference, and won't be back till late - BUT, hopefully Sunday will be better!

Barb - Congrats on your new life! I think that with the new job and having things more stabilized you will really be able to concentrate on your O! Good Luck! I know you can do it!

Rose - Thanks for hanging in here! I love posting on this message board, so I hope at least the three of us can keep it up. Hopefully more people will come in here soon!!!!

Default Good Morning!

It is another week, and so far this week is starting off really well! I had some great news this mroning as I stepped on the scale and it was 2 marks closer to the 170 position! How exciting! It is so great to see it going down after two years of watching it go up!!!!

Believe it or not, I actually O!'d on Saturday morning before the long drive to my conference. My rationale was that since O! gives people energy, I would really need it for that day and that long drive. So, I did it! And I think it really helped!

Did not O! yesterday. Had to work from 10-6 and then mowed my yard, which I thought was plenty of exercise.

Anyway, I've really been enjoying the weightloss. The thing I like most about it, is that besides the O! program, I really haven't been following any program. The idea behind weightloss is essentially that you burn more calories than you take in - and that's what I've been trying to do - eat less and make sure I do my O! and take my dog for walks. The part time job is helping too cause I'm on my feet at least 4 hours a day - and even more on the weekends.

I think I'm really gonna do it this time! I'm very excited about the future!

Hope you all have a wonderful week! Good luck Barb! I hope you were able to do your O! today! Rose - I hope your job is going well and that you are still doing your O!

Take care everybody!

Default Old habits die hard!!!

Yea!!! I did my O last night and I slept so good. But then this morning I was fully awake and ready to go at
6:00 AM I was so looking forward to being able to sleep late!!! Oh well, at least I had plenty of time to do my O. I was planning to go to the health club this morning, but I have a lot of things I want to do around the house this morning.

The #2 thing (after my O) was to get the computer in the bedroom connected to the internet so I can use it of a morning after I O and not have to go to the den. As you may or maynot be able to tell, It worked. The only problem is I have DSL on the computer in the den and this dialup connection seems sooooo sssssslllllloooooww
Oh welll, I'll live.

Hope everyone else has a great day and Juilette, I hope to be following you in the downward direction soon!

Hi everyone!

Barbg-Way to go on getting that O in! I unfortunately did no O over the weekend or this morning. I didn't sleep well so I guess I should try Oeing before bed tonight! It's so hard sometimes to get yourself motivated but I know once I start back I'll feel better. Good job Barb I'm glad you're hanging in here with me!

Juliette-Did you O this morning? I didn't but I will tonight. I really miss it! Then I will do O tomorrow morning. Let's keep each other motivated I really need the push! Congrats on the wonderful weight loss by the way. You must be so happy.

Okay what happened to everyone else? I hope you all get time to check in. Claire are you out there? Susan R it's been a while since we heard from you please check in! I know I'm missing some others that haven't been around in a while. I hope you are still doing O!

I need to get back to work. I really do not like Mondays! I hope you all have a great day filled with tons of oxygen.

Default Oops

Could have sworn I wrote on here this morning, but then when I checked for replies, I realized I hadn't!

At least I had my message in my head!

I did my O! this morning and was so proud of myself. I was again tempted to sleep in and skip it, but I reminded myself of how useless it was to sleep when I could get more energy out of O!. It was the first time I think I've ever been able to talk myself out of sleeping!

Didn't O! yesterday though, but I do plan to do it the rest of the week.

Hope you all are doing well! Looked like I was down another pound today. Very excited about that! I think working the second job is helping... 4 hours on my feet two evenings a week and then not having a big dinner those nights... Just hope the downward trend continues, regardless.

I know O! is the major reason for the help though, if nothing else than keeping my mood up during this stressful time of working so much.

Hope you all are doing well!

Take care,

Hi everyone! Hi Rose! Thanks for asking about me!

Although I don't always post here, I often read your posts everyone--it's great to see the support you give one another and how great you're all doing! Keep up the good work!

I am still doing my Oxycise! and feel soooo much better doing it! I had an awful month last month--a few of us in the family were sick. My seven-year-old son had strep throat twice and we all had to get checked in case one of us was a carrier. Fortunately, none of us were. Anyway, having got off track, I found my PMS was absolutely HORRIBLE! Anyway, I know now how much Oxycise! has helped me in that department! I LOVE OXYCISE!!!

Well, I have to head off to Wal-Mart! I'm there so often that I think they're going to give me a blue vest with my name on it! I've got to get my DH some razors as he used his last one this morning and tomorrow he has has a job interview for a promotion! Then I'm off to bed--I'm really tired tonight for some reason! It's been a little too busy, I think! I've just started another course for work and have another one waiting when that one's done!

Take care everyone--I promise to check in again soon!

Keep on breathin'!

Hi Oers!

Susan R-It was so great to see your post this morning! Thanks for popping in and saying hi! I'm sorry to hear about your family being sick. It's been a bad year for that everywhere. And boy do I know the PMS feeling. But O really does help in that department. It really helps with the stress too which I need right about now learning a new job and doing my old one at the same time! So I guess I'll keep doing O! and reap all the benefits of all that Oxygen! Thanks again and post whenever you can!

Juliette-How is it going? I did manage to do my L2 tape this morning and it really is helping. I exercised last night and I slept better too so hopefully I'll be back on track with Oeing regularly soon!

Barbg-How are you? Check in when you can!

Claire-Are you still with us?

Default Another Day - Another O!

Well, today I had to be up early to get into work by 7:30, and while I normally by-pass O! on days like this, I was actually able to get out of bed and still do it! I was so thrilled!!!

Unfortunately, I got interrupted a little bit, so I think I missed a position or two, but still, the fact that I did it was just awesome!

So good to hear from you Susan! We've been running a little thin in here lately, but as long as we're doing our O! it really doesn't matter. I'm sure more people will join us in time.

Rose - great to hear you did your O! this morning! It is such a wonderful addition to the day, isn't it?? I hope things are going well for you at work - one job is enough, but I can't imagine doing two!

Barbg - hope you are hanging in there! Hope your new job is doing well!!!

Take care everybody!

Default yea!!!

It's Wed and I've O'd every morning and night since Sunday night. I am so proud of myself. It's not so hard when you know you are not on a tight schedule.
About my new job, I think it's going to be great, but it's like starting from square 1 again, and I really have a lot to learn. Neew computer program new responsibilities and having to learn PART NUMBERS yuck! But it will come in time. And it's not everybody that can kiss the boss when they bring him papers to sign

Default New to Oxycise

I just started Oxycise yesterday and I'm having some problems with coordinating the breathing method. Am I reading it right and seeing it right that you inhale through your nose? What I can't seem to do is inhale thru my nose and do the smiley thing at the same time..

Do you have any tips for the breathing?

Thank you for being here.

Catz Hi Glad to have you here. In answer to your question practice! that's the only way to get it all together. I know it really feels wierd at first, but after a while you will realize you are doing it right and will be getting thinner and thinner as you breath yourself thin.
