I'm a little late starting this; been so busy the last couple of days that I haven't checked in.

sunday 9/5

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
blueberries = .5

snack
cheese = 3
banana = 2

brunch
eggs = 4
bread = 1
potatoes = 1
bacon = 1

snack
popcorn = 1
pineapple = 1

dinner
chicken = 5
salad = 0
lf parm = 1

snack
hot choc = 3

daily total = 26
flex balance = 17-2=15

reflections ~ I've really been using the flex points this week. But I'm still on track.

grilled veggies = 2

snack
hot choc = 3

daily total = 26
flex balance = 15-2=13

**no loss today - bummer. Ready to start a new week.
