Breakfast: French Vanilla Oatmeal [3/3]
Lunch: 1/2 burrito with black beans and mushrooms [6?/9] <--probably over estimating
Snack: Coffee w/cocoa [1/10]
Dinner: Sauteed veggies w/shrimp and Szechuan sauce [2/12] .... light beers .....
Excercise: Softball (if you can really count it?), 1 hour body pump class if I get out of work in time!
Vitamins: yup
Water: almost always
