B: Coffee (0/0) Baker's breakfast cookie (5/5) L: Amy's Tamale Pie (3/8) Natural Ovens bagel (2/10) Celery/carrots (0/10) D: Grilled pork chop (4/14) 1/2 cup skim milk (1/15) Steamed veggies (0/15) Baked potato (3/18) Snack: yes Water: 80 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill for 30-40 minutes at 4MPH at 6-7% incline Katie |

breakfast: quaker corn bran 3/3 coffee water lunch: leftover chicken a la king 4 frozen veg 1/2 c rice 3 snack: yoghurt mixed with pudding 4 snack2: 2 pc. almond roca 3/ pretzels 2 1/5 go lean bar 1 dinner: salad artichokes smithfield ham and something else ???? maybe an egg or two? exercise: 35 min hard efx 30 min dog putter 20 min dog pull water:si,si 6 glasses in so far |

Breakfast: French Vanilla Oatmeal [3/3] Lunch: 1/2 burrito with black beans and mushrooms [6?/9] <--probably over estimating Snack: Coffee w/cocoa [1/10] Dinner: Sauteed veggies w/shrimp and Szechuan sauce [2/12] .... light beers ..... Excercise: Softball (if you can really count it?), 1 hour body pump class if I get out of work in time! Vitamins: yup Water: almost always :) |
