Hey! I just wanted to introduce myself to you girls. I guess this is where the 20 somethinger's hang out! What is weird is that i originally found this site at 15, back then i was overweight. Since then i have lost over 50 lbs. and though i am no longer overweight, i am interested in not being overweight again. Any motivation i could get to work out would be great. If anyone has any questions, i like to consider myself somewhat of an expert when it comes to losing weight (hey i've been overweight since age 10)! I've gotten pretty good at it, and i think i may have finally found the answer CONTROL...something i have always lacked. Just wish me luck on maintaining!

um well i only worked out three days this week, but i blame that on getting adjusted to my new job, and also feeling crappy from my TOM (excuses, excuses)
