Hi, I've decided to start posting my workouts...will make me a lot more truthful, and can better see what I'm doing. Along with me marking miles on my calendar.
Sunday: 2 miles at the track...walked, but did half a mile jogging.
Tuesday- Had to go shopping for vacation... Walked around the mall for 3 hours...nothing to really count for exercise, but it was better than sitting on the couch. I am back at it after work tonight!!!
