Default The great weekend weight gain

Thursday - drank

Friday - had pizza, garlic bread and booze ( big brother final has to be done)

Saturday - had ice cream and pint in afternoon then had big curry, naan bread and drink

Sunday - went out for 3 course meal with wine and lager and came home and had cake and more booze.

Sunday 5pm had gained 9 pounds since Thursday

Sunday 8pm 7 pounds

Monday 5 pounds

At least it is going down! I'm sure it's not possible to gain 9 pounds in 3 days

Just see it as a 'blip'. Big Brother final weekend was bound to mean added sins!

Doubt very much that you've put on that much ~ I find weighing myself daily is really unmotivational (but still i do it!)

After eating so much at the weekend I'm now starving. Can't go back to less food now. Just have to eat lots of fruit.

Sounds like a rocket weekend though! I'm jealous!
Nice to see Nadia being constantly praised for her glamour in spite of her less than perfect figure.I don't think I could cope with wearing a corset, but she certainly made that dress look good.It really IS personality that wins out in the end.

Weekends are my biggest downfall at the moment. I can stick easily to my calories 6 days out of seven but then I'll go out on saturday night, drink about 800 calories in vodka and DC and then i have to have grease the next day. I have had a really easy ride so far but I have stuck on 3 stone loss for the last month because i've started going out again!!!!

What are we to do? Get thin so feel good about going out, go out, get fat again!

I'm doing exactly what I have done twice before, lose 50 pounds then put it all back on again. No, that is not going to happen this time.

That's a sure sign of a happy relationship!

I've put on about 3 stone since meeting my husband! Someone did tell me once that I wasn't supposed to eat him!

Default Wine and weight loss don't seem to work together.

You know, I found the same thing, when I drink, I seem to gain weight at an unbelievable speed. I only drink red wine, it’s supposed to be good for the heart, but it sure isn’t good for the weight-loss. I’m starting to wonder if I will have to give it up at least for now, while I’m at the first stages of my weigh-loss plan.
