  • Give up wine not a good thought. I am thinking of giving it up for a while though.
  • Hmmm, I'm the other way I drank white wine when I last successfully lost and cut way down on the beer its beer that puts the weight on me
  • Ive got a baby free weekend this weekend and i know weight wise its soo not a good thing, i just have no control over my self i cant sit in the pub with diet coke or orange juice all night, and i also cant just have one beer, then you get home from pub and ummmmmm im hungry im going to have to come up with a master plan before sat night
  • I can take or leave alcohol, actually I'd rather leave it and have something fattening instead!

Trying not to devour the entire packet of chocolate biscuits is my goal for the weekend!
  • Right - i'm annoyed now. Because I'm on holiday I decided not to count the calories this week and eat what I choose when I want.... I've lost weight. growl....
  • IS THAT ANNOYING WHEN THAT HAPPEENS???? nice to though. well done for having fun.

    Is that bad?

I've been to Boots and have gained two, probably will go to slimming world tonight. I said I wouldn't but I will.
  • so how comes i only drink twice a year if your lucky and im still six stone over weight go figure actually two year ago i was nearly 19 stone i weighed twice what dh did so i could have eaten him and nobody would have noticed
    kirsty
  • I'm the same Nicky i'd sooner not bother going out if i've got to drink pop to me the whole point of going to the pub is to get 'merry' and have a few laughs its just not the same if you're drinking orange juice especially when you see everyone else getting 'merry' and drinking definitely sets me off on an eating binge especially next day! I feel like a bottomless pit after a really good night out

Vasquoy, I think 'dieting' is bad for us because then we subconsciously 'worry' about everything that we put in our mouths and often eat more than we should when we decide to go off the diet for a special event or something we find (well, i do) that food is no longer an obsession and we don't eat as much as we thought we did. I know for a fact that when i'm dieting and I can't have chocolate I want it all the more whereas if I was'nt dieting I would'nt be obsessing about it
Well Done with the weightloss anyway

I've deceided if i can just be good for 5 weeks then I can relax a little while I'm over there. I'm already dreaming about buying rolls of cookie dough! Mmmmm
