Just yesterday, I finally joined the gym (

). Today was my first day...a light one: 20 minutes of cardio & 3 sets of abdominal exercises. A few hours later, I began to feel very nauseas.
Is it possible that I am experiencing the effects of toxins being released in my bloodstream from starting to lift? If so, what can I do to avoid this? How many days should I expect to feel this way?
It's hard enough to get started on an exercise program, but to feel sick every time you do it makes it even harder.

I am eating good (similar to BFL), mostly drinking enough water (although today I could have drank a little more) and avoiding alcohol. I don't smoke. I do drink coffee occasionally (I had two cups tonight).
