i'd say about 15-20 weeks, if you continue losing about 2 lbs per week. Then I would add a couple of weeks just in case you plateau for some odd reason. good job so far, and good luck!!!
I'm new too and need to know some things from those of you who have been on south beach diet. I am starting next week when I com back from vacation. I know phase 1 is strict but on phase 2 if I have to have pasta, is it better to use a low carb product or whole wheat and forget about carbs?
