Question Baked Chicken Points

Hi could anyone please help me with baked chicken points. I placed them in the over skin side down. I took the skin off before I ate them. I seasoned them only with herbs. I had a thigh and a leg. Thanks in advance. Mez

In general a thigh with skin is 5 points (depending of course on the size) and skin is about 3 points.

The best place to look is places like:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

to get the nutritional info. I have never gone wrong with taking 2 points for a thigh and 1 point for a drumstick without skin.
