Hello everyone ... I'll start by telling you about myself I'm married with 2 children. I've been having medical problems and the meds I was on helpped me to gain weight I am at 238 lbs I'm 5 foot 4 . My doctor finally took me off the med that was helping this along. I've just started Weight Watchers UK Pure Points software. A friend got it for me as a gift. I guess they don't sell the program here in the USA.
I stumbled on to this URL and I've read many of the post and have found it to be very friendly. I'm not really sure what all goes on here since I just found it today. If anyone has any helpful hints on how to use this URL , forum anything please share them!! I've only been on WW for a week I feel this is going to work with the help of 3 fat chicks foums. I hope this make sense it's 3:40 a.m. I'm a bit of a night owl. Thanks for taking time out to read this. Mezmerize

Red face How often to weight my self ???

Hi Susan and thanks for the warm welcome. I do happen to have a question. Do you think it's good to weight yourself once every week or once every two weeks? I'm not should what I should do. Anyone views would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mez

I weigh myself weekly every Sunday....I think the choice is yours. Just don't do it daily

Congrats on starting WW...Best of luck to you!

Hi Mezmerize and Welcome!

I too am a newbie and just finding my way around 3fc.

About weighing in, I think it totally depends on the person. Some people weigh in everyday, some once a week, some twice a month and some only once a month. I think it depends on you. I myself weigh in once a week. I feel the need to keep on top of things.

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and welcome.

Megan

Default BIG Thanks to everyone!!

Hi and thanks for your feedback.
I decided to go to my doctors office once a week, I went today and I was mistaken on my start weight it was 239 lbs. I weighted in today at 234 lbs. Since it's only my 1st week I'm sure it's only water. But it sure feels nice.
We had Pizza Hut the other night and I wasn't sure if I was doing the Weight Watchers Pure Points right. Food Package labels are really confunsing! Does anyone know of a site that can help to understand them better. I'm really happy but also very nervous because I haven't seen my weight go down in a very very long time. I hope I can keep up.
Thanks again taking time out to read my ramblings and giving me feedback it really helped.

July 9th - 239 lbs
July 14th - 234 lbs
