Question no sugar added ice cream ?

Hi all -I saw this at Emack and Bolio's...an ice cream store...and went on the website for more info. Is this ok on phase one? or only phase two?...or neither?

The Guide says no - jut as an occasional treat. Sat fat and sugar alcohol are the culprits. It's also 120 calories for a measly half cup. Only 75 calories of artificially sweetened products are allowed on Phase I.
